The
Eighth

A building for the future state.
Domain Precinct, Melbourne.

The Eighth represents an opportunity to be a part of a future-focused building at the vanguard of a global shift in lifestyle aspirations. It’s vision was inspired by an appreciation for the modern evolution in lifestyle, workplace and wellness trends transpiring internationally. A sense of belonging and community, a focus on health and wellbeing and a blurring of the lines between work, life and leisure are key ideas behind The Eighth’s makeup.

The Eighth is the result of a shared vision between developer Nicolas Crema and architect Pete Kennon to create a building concept which puts experienced focused, multifaceted living at the forefront of the offering.

From the project’s inception, the pair has been determined to create a building filled with possibilities for experiences, and amenities and spaces that people would utilise every day, encouraging social connection and a sense of belonging. A building that flows with the rhythms of residents’ days and offers an entirely new paradigm for living.

“The delicate balance between, and overlap of the pillars and areas throughout The Eighth represent the true-to-life interconnectedness that this building caters for.” Nicolas Crema, Founder, Projects by Crema.
