Penthouse 3181

An extension to an already completed apartment building in Prahran, Penthouse 3181 is a dual-level 250 square metre apartment with 360-degree views of Melbourne. Designed in collaboration between PbC and Mim Design, the brief was to create a private residence in the sky. Separated off from the rest of the building, the apartment creates its own identity through it’s design and connectedness to the outdoors. Design features include Italian stone flooring, marble imported from Greece, and outlooks from every orientation. Lower and upper floor terraces wrap the entire apartment which seamlessly extend the living spaces outdoors.
