Selwyn Street
A bayside modernist residence. Designed and built in the late 1970s, Selwyn Street was first created and occupied by a local architect as a family home. Designed to modernist principles, generous living spaces and seamless transitions between inside and out combine for an easy going, low-maintenance lifestyle. The renovation, some 40 years later, kept the sample principles in place while modernising the house’s services, updating the interior program for a new young family, and re-envisioning the backyard.
“The design intent was to recreate the original house for the current era.” Pietro Giordano, Architect.
