About

Projects by Crema is a multi-disciplinary practice that exists to
conceptualise, enable, and deliver future-focused buildings and initiatives
that have a meaningful impact on people and the public realm.

We work across 1property development, 2impact investment and 3art and culture
initiatives. Through each practise we work to deliver new typologies that connect with the
evolving needs of individuals, communities and cities.
We collaborate with a diverse community of people to create a symmetry
of ideas and perspectives; we draw on research, creativity and our
experience to develop and test new theories; and we centre our decision
making around the foundations of what we stand for.
Contextually aware and socially conscious, we’re
working to deliver defining projects that positively
influence social, economic and environmental
landscapes.

Practice Pillars

Across our practise, we adopt a consistent research-based approach,
centred around our core pillars and a dynamic framework.

Innovation.

A considered, future-first approach.

With an endless curiosity for the world, perspectives
and people around us, we’re guided by an unwavering
commitment to pursue and champion new ideas. Ideas that
challenge norms and transform the landscape for people,
communities and cities.

Impact.

Real impact.

Through transformative property development, meaningful investment
and art and culture, we’re looking to have a real impact on people and the
built-form environment.

Influence.

Pioneering positive, meaningful change for people, spaces and cities.

We like to lead by example, not rhetoric. To stand strong in our vision,
values and impact and to encourage others to do the same. To support and
invest in people, spaces and initiatives that share our vision, because it is much
bigger than us — in fact, it’s not about “us” at all.

Legacy

We lead with a brave excitement for the new,
untried and innovative – balanced with our experiences throughout
our rich history. We champion the successes of our past while utilising
our learnings to improve our method, refine our work and maximise our
impact.
